The Ascension Episcopal Church Adult Choir, under the direction of Joel Bolen, will present a service of Advent Nine Lessons and Carols, a feast of choral music and scripture to prepare us for Christmas.
Whether you’re simply a lover of choral music or seek a deeper meaning during this Advent season, you are invited to take part in this service which is one of the highlights of the Advent season.
The Festival of Lessons & Carols is a feast of choral music and scripture to prepare us for Christmas. Alternating readings and anthems express both the darkness and light present in Advent and ground us in the story of the coming of the Christ Child.

This event is free to attend, and general admission seating. Arrive early for the best seating. A free will donation at the event will be given to the American Friends of the Episcopal Diocese of Jerusalem for humanitarian efforts.
