Building a Petunia Tower

Get your patio looking great this summer with a petunia tower!  Washington County Master Gardeners Pam Moris and Patty Medlicott will explain what is needed for materials and then will demonstrate how to build and plant a petunia tower.  Afterwards, they will answer questions.
