Chef Maggie Presents – Cooking with Ancient Grains!
Ancient grains like, spelt, einkorn or buckwheat, are simply plants that have long been popular many places on earth, though they may be new as a food import in the United States.
In this class you will learn why you may want to incorporate them in your menus and many ways of preparing them. On the menu: Chocolate Banana Buckwheat Porridge, Millet Fritters with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, and Quinoa Lettuce Wraps. Plus, you will receive an e-book with 10 other delicious recipes using ancient grains.
