Chef Maggie Presents – Plant Forward Meals
Join Chef Maggie and River Market Community Co-op for Plant Forward Meals for the New Year.
Plant forward meals focus on putting whole plant foods at the center of the plate and using animal products minimally as a garnish or side. Learn how to create three delicious and hearty meals that minimize meat and maximize health. On the menu: Mediterranean Stuffed Eggplant, Cauliflower Tacos with Garlic-Lime Crema and Thai Coconut Soup.
This virtual class is kid-friendly and everyone is welcome to join!
