Crochet 101: Granny Squares (Online)

Granny squares come in all shapes and sizes, but the traditional granny square should be a pattern in every crocheter’s repertoire! Learn to work in the round, chain, double crochet, join, change colors if you want to (or not if you don’t!), and weave in your ends all with this one classic pattern.

Suggested Materials:

Yarn: Cascade Yarns Cherub Chunky in color(s) of your choice. 1 skein each.

Crochet Hook(s): J/6.0 mm hook (it is recommended that beginners bring at least one hook size larger AND smaller than suggested hook size for tension testing)
