How to Cook with Garlic Scapes

Join River Market Co-op and Maggie Wescott, chef/recipe creator/writer at www.alternativedish.com for a virtual cooking class featuring garlic scapes.

Garlic scapes are the flower bud of the garlic plant. Try them in a sauté, roasted, pickled, added to soups, and more. The most tender tops of the stem and the buds are delicious chopped up raw.

This virtual class is kid-friendly and everyone is welcome to join!
