INTRO TO AERIAL
This INTRO TO AERIAL mini-workshop features a 45 minute introduction for a new student. You will receive a studio tour, learn about the different classes we offer and get to try out the apparatuses by learning some introduction moves on each of them.

Suggestions:
Wear leggings (or tight comfortable pants that cover your knees) along with a top that covers your armpits.
We don’t wear shoes in the studio but you are welcome to wear socks.
Don’t apply any lotions to your hands for at least 12 hours before class.
Please apply deodorant prior to class, you will perspire and our fabrics lock in smells like a sponge.
No jewelry or zippers on clothing are allowed, because they can tear the silks.
Bring some water (or we sell water for $3)
