What’s the secret behind the maple syrup that smothers your pancakes and waffles in delicious sweetness? Let’s find out!

Get outside with your family on Saturday, March 20 and join SCRA’s Forestry Program Coordinator Nikki Henger and Naturalist Jeremiah Walters at Don’s Sugar Shack to find out how maple sap is transformed into syrup!

Former SCRA Board member Don Hansen will help us learn about the process of making syrup from beginning to end. With COVID-safe protocols, we may even get a chance to sample the end result.
