Maple Syrup Day

Join us for Maple Syrup Day this Spring! The day includes an interactive-tour maple syrup tour and to-go pancake meal.

Osprey Wilds Environmental Learning Center will offer a hands-on Maple Syrup Tour and Pancake Meal (to-go) on Saturday, March 20 or Sunday, March 21.

Tours are one hour and will cover everything you need to know about making maple syrup! Learn how to identify maple trees, drill and tap trees, and collect sap. Hear about how we use a wood-burning evaporator to turn gallons of sap into award-winning syrup. Finally, taste the results with our to-go pancake meal that includes pancakes, maple
