In this class, we will talk about the best ways to protect yourself from sun and bug, and also how to nourish yourself afterwards, should you get too much sun or too many bug bites.
Summer sun and bugs can wreak havoc on our bodies, and our sanity. Liza Docken, Pranarōm’s National Educator will guide you through essential oils, carrier oils, and hydrosols to help keep you feeling good.
