OHM-Superstitions and Ghost Stories Tour
An exploration of death customs, local ghost stories, and Victorian Superstitions.
Join us for a unique (and spooky) evening discussing the death customs and accompanying superstitions of the Victorian era. The Victorian’s were deeply influenced by death and wary of the deceased. Superstitions were thought to shield them from possible harm in an era of frequent, unexplainable loss. This event will feature a tour throughout the historic Octagon House Museum and will feature ghostly stories involving some of Hudson’s very own, dearly departed.
