Wine Fundamentals: Chile & Argentina

Winter is feeling a little long at this point. I would rather dream about harvest in the southern hemisphere… wouldn’t you? This is a class designed for those curious to taste through some of the more famed regions and grapes of Chile and Argentina. We will spend time in both from north to south, and learn how different these are from one to the next. We will explore Argentina’s Salta, Mendoza, and Patagonia as well as Chile’s Itata, Central Valley and perhaps Casablanca.

The Cafe will be open, so feel free to order some food before or during the class. We will also provide some light snacks.
