Zoodles – A Healthy Pasta Alternative
Join Chef Maggie in the kitchen via Zoom to learn what Zoodles are, how to make them, and a simple recipe to go along with them.
Zoodles are zucchini that has been spiralized and are a healthy and gluten free alternative to wheat pasta. In this demonstration class you will learn how to make a gluten free and plant based zoodle dish that everyone will enjoy! On the menu: Mediterranean Zoodles with sun dried tomatoes, olives and cashew cream sauce.
