“Mushroom Weirdos” could very well be a term for those of us who obsess about hiking all over creation to pick strange-looking stuff off the forest floor and eat it – you know who you are. It is also about fungi that come in all sorts of colors and shapes which makes them look like they come straight form a fairy tale. In this PowerPoint presentation you will learn when and where to look for these delicious, nutritious, strange-looking fungi and how to prepare them.
