How to Cook Ramps (and Other Spring Greens)

Join River Market Co-op and Maggie Wescott, chef/recipe creator/writer at www.alternativedish.com for a virtual cooking class featuring Shaved Asparagus Salad with Ramp Pesto and Pickled Radishes.

Along with asparagus and watercress, ramps are the hallmark of spring cooking. The ramp has been favored for generations for its tasty garlic and onion flavor and it can be eaten raw, or cooked in a variety of dishes.

This virtual class is kid-friendly and everyone is welcome to join!
