Monarch Tagging

Presented by Carpenter St. Croix Valley Nature Center at Carpenter Nature Center - Wisconsin Campus

Join Carpenter Nature Center for monarch butterfly tagging! We start by learning about the life cycle of a butterfly, their importance in the environment and their amazing migration to Mexico. We will also catch, tag and release wild monarchs. This program is entirely outdoors, however we encourage face coverings for participants if 6’ social distancing cannot be maintained. Please stay home if you or a household member are ill. Program fee is $6.00 or free to “Friends of CNC.” RSVP is required. Call 651-437-4359.
