Tune into the sights and sounds of nature and go with the flow of this outdoor guided yoga class
Poses and breath work will improve your well-being, reduce stress, and increase flexibility. Open to all levels of yoga. Classes held at the North Pavilion south of the gazebo by the baseball diamond. You will find plenty of available parking. Please dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, water, and arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of class time. Space is limited and registration is required.
All outdoor yoga classes are at the North Picnic Pavilion at the Lake Elmo Park Reserve on Thursdays from 6 – 7 p.m.
Individual yoga classes are $7/person each; a parks vehicle permit is also required ($7/daily or $30/annual) and is not included in the individual class or season pass price.
