Jan will give a follow-along demo of various movements from the Yang and Sun styles of Tai Chi designed to safely improve balance, flexibility and the immune system.
Curious about Tai Chi? Tai Chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements, thus connecting the mind and body. She will also show how to modify movements while sitting in a chair. Wear loose comfortable clothing. No experience is necessary. All ages are welcome. At Pioneer Park, 515 2nd St N, Stillwater following the CDC guidance.
