Available right now, the Ice Cream Dreams promotion is running throughout the summer, offering a buy one, get one free punch card to some of the St. Croix Valley’s most beloved ice cream shops! All proceeds benefit Youth Advantage, an organization supporting the arts, educational-enrichment and athletic dreams of students from families in need here in Stillwater area schools, along with access to tutoring and mentoring opportunities.

The St. Croix Valley is home to some of the most iconic and delicious ice cream shops. Leo’s, Selma’s, Mabel’s, Gloria’s to go, MN Nice Cream and Nita Mae’s Scoop, and they have come together to support the dreams of students in the Valley, and your ice cream dreams will be supported too!

It’s a simple program where ice cream lovers buy a $20, buy one, get one free (BOGO) card and they essentially get a passport to our most beloved ice cream shops for a wonderful deal where if they purchase any ice cream cone at one of these participating shops, they’ll get one free small cone from that shop to share with a friend. This program runs Mondays through Thursdays through September 2021 (excluding holidays) and is good for one use at each shop.

100% of the card’s $20 cost goes to Youth Advantage and its programming. The $20 BOGO punch card (cash or check only) is available for purchase at the participating ice cream shops or at Stillwater Cub Foods’ customer service counter. Youth Advantage is a nonprofit organization that serves children who qualify for free or reduced-fee lunch, are in grades K-12, go to school or reside in the boundaries of Stillwater Area School District 834, and who wish to participate in academic, artistic, or athletic extracurricular activities, an in-house mentoring group for middle school girls, or receive financial assistance for reading/comprehension or math tutoring services.
