AutumnFest and the Inaugural Cornhole Tournament is an important event for EVOLVE Family Services. Funds raised from this event support EVOLVE’s dedication to a world where everyone has nurturing, permanent and supportive familial relationships.
Our AutumnFest and Cornhole Tournament will be held again at Cozzie’s Tavern in Stillwater. We will have many fun activities for the whole family! Activities include: Face painting, treat walk, raffle, etc.
Noon – Event Start, Kids Activities, Raffle and Tent Games etc. (Noon – 4:00) Check in for Kid Only and Social Tournaments
12:30 – Start Kid Only and Social Tournaments
2:30 – Check in Competitive/Elite Tournament
3:00 – Start Competitve/Elite Tourament – Announce Winners of Kids Only and Social Tournaments
3:30 – Start Heat 2 Competitive/Elite Tournament
4:30 – Raffle Winner Announcements
5:30 – Announce Competitive Winner of Elite Tournament, Final Announcements, and Thanks
AutumnFest General Registration: General registration is $10 per person ($5 in tickets for activities and $5 tax deductible donation to EVOLVE) or $25 per family of four or more ($10 in tickets for activities and $15 tax deductible donation to EVOLVE)
Inaugural Cornhole Tournament Details and Entry Fees
We will have three tournaments:
Kids Only Bracket – As this is a kid/family friendly event, we will have a Kids Only Tournament. Registration fee to enter tournament is $5 per person. Prize to the tournament winner is $25.
Social Adult/Family Bracket – This tournament is for those entering for fun. The teams will consist of two people per team. Registration fee to enter is $20 per person. 32 team maximum for the tournament. Prize to the tournament winning team is $100.
Competitive/Elite Bracket – This tournament is for the leaguers and highly competitive teams. The teams will consist of two people per team. Registration fee to enter is $50 per person. 32 team maximum for the tournament. Prize to the tournament winning team is $300.
