In this class we will discuss seven herbs – Anise Hyssop, Ashwagandha, Calendula, Marshmallow, Lemon balm and Tulsi (Holy Basil). You will learn how to grow them, when and how to harvest them and what to do with them after the harvest.
We will discuss their medicinal benefits for your health and well-being and how to make plant medicine out of them. This will include how to dry the herbs for teas, how to make herbal tinctures and herbal oils.
All of these certified organic medicinal herbs will be available for sale, along with many others at the River Market Co-op on May 16th and 17th.
