Sunrise MN Pottery
Sunrise, Minnesota is home to Sunrise Pottery, established in 1975. Potters Janel Jacobson and Will Swanson make functional pots which will be enjoyed through the simple aesthetic pleasures of everyday use. Their studio and showroom are located on the access road to the north end of Wild River State Park that is along the Saint Croix River, 1.5 miles up Ferry Road. They hold two public events a year, the annual Saint Croix Valley Pottery Tour on Mother’s Day weekend, and the Fall Pottery Sale on the first weekend of October.
