Taylors Falls Lighting Festival

Held every year since 1985 in the Christmas Card Village of Taylors Falls.

The official opening is the Friday with outdoor hikes, arts & crafts, special 3rd grader’s exhibit, Mrs. Claus at the historic library, 6 PM grand lighting of main street and Parade including floats with Santa arriving in the last unit of the 25 minute parade. The Royal Lady of the Village is announced at the parade. Stores and restaurants are open, holiday booya served, Santa greets the children at Santa land and there are special activities for the children.

Craft fairs Friday and Saturday. Christmas at the 1855 Folsom House Museum, an ecumenical Choral Vesper Service, and family Bingo.

Sunday features Irish dancing for the whole family and the St. Croix Valley Orchestra.
