Tai Chi for Balance & Flexibility
Tai Chi is based on relaxation and slow, low-impact movements. It is ideal for seniors and those with limited mobility.
This gentle aerobic activity will strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, improve balance, reduce anxiety and depression. Jan will demonstrate several Tai Chi movements which can be done either standing or seated.
Instructor: Jan Johnson, is certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute and teaches Tai Chi online
